DaVid merges AIM data logging technology with an innovative video technique. Through the signals of two integrated video cameras installed on the vehicle, DaVid allows easy review of your driving sessions, keeping the most important information right in front of you: RPM, speed, brake and throttle position, gear, lateral and longitudinal G-force and lap time. DaVid is flexible: through the CAN interface it can connect to our MXL logger as slave expansion, allowing you to improve an existing MXL installation. DaVid connects to many popular ECUs. All signals shown on the dash are received through one single connection (CAN or RS232) and no other sensors installation is needed. DaVid inputs can be analogue or digital while its output can be either PAL or NTSC.

You can use DaVid to efficiently document your track performances. For driver coaching, DaVid is an invaluable tool for training and review. Racetracks and event promoters will enjoy using DaVid to create compelling souvenirs of race events and corporate promotions, as well as provide exciting in-car views for broadcast. DaVid captures the images coming from up to 2 cameras and merges them with data coming from the sensors. The resulting movie can be recorded on VHS, DVD or solid state memory. Depending on your needs you can choose between two different versions of DaVid. If your vehicle is not equipped with a datalogger DaVid Stand Alone is what you need. It will give you a professional video system with integrated datalogger, expansible through a dash like MyChron3 Dash. If, on the contrary, you already have an MXL or EVO3 Pro logger DaVid Slave Expansion easily connects to it via the Can interface. Moreover DaVid is connectable to your ECU.
